When the floods come, LCRA will be ready

If you grew up in Texas, you’re probably familiar with the adage that our state’s weather is one long drought interrupted by an occasional flood. We’re currently in the seventh year of a severe drought that may eventually prove to be worse than the drought that gripped the Colorado River basin from 1947 to 1957.
