Espirit de Corps named ‘Grand Champion’

The Burnet High School Esprit de Corps was named "Grand Champion" at the Gatesville Marching Festival last Saturday.

The group also won first place in class 3A as well as the awards for best auxiliary, best marching, and best music.

The group also attended the Vista Ridge Marching Contest in Cedar Park on Saturday, Oct. 6 where they won first place in their classification as well as best percussion, best marching and best auxiliary.

Up next is regional UIL contest in Giddings on Saturday, Oct. 20. The group performs at 7:15 p.m.
